These terms apply when you buy skincare from The Skincare Concierge, by Tanisha Allen, and when you use this website. Please read them before you order. They do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Who you are buying from
The Skincare Concierge, by Tanisha Allen is a trading name of Chichester Beauty Aesthetics Limited. When you order from this website, your contract is with that company, whichever of our clinics you collect from.

Our products and this website
This website sells skincare products only. It does not sell treatments. We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but products, prices and availability can change before we update it.
Skincare advice
The advice on this website, in our consultations and in any routine we give you is general skincare guidance from our skin experts. It is not medical advice. If you are being treated for a skin condition, or you are worried about a change in your skin, please see your GP.
- Follow the instructions that come with each product.
- Patch-test new products before you start using them, and stop using anything that causes irritation. If your skin reacts, contact us.
- Everyone's skin responds differently, so results vary from person to person. If you are unsure whether a product suits you, please ask one of our skin experts before you buy.
Ranges sold after a consultation
Some ranges, currently ZO Skin Health, AnteAGE, Hydrinity, skinbetter science and Revision Skincare, are sold only to clients who have had a consultation with one of our skin experts, because those brands sell only through authorised providers. You pay for them when you order, then book a free 15-minute consultation, and we hold those products until after it. If they are not right for your skin, we swap them or refund you in full. If a consultation does not take place, we may cancel those products and refund you in full.
Consultations are booked through Fresha, the booking system our clinics use. Fresha's own terms and privacy notice apply to your booking. Book a consultation.
Your account and Inner Circle points
- Your account is free. You sign in with a code we email you. Placing an order opens an account for you, so your order and points are kept together.
- You earn points on what you pay for products (not delivery), at the rate for your tier, plus the other ways shown on our rewards page. Your tier is set by what you have spent with us in the last 12 months.
- 20 points are worth £1. You can put them towards an order once you have 200. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or passed to someone else.
- Points stay in your account as long as you place an order or have a skin check-in at least once every 12 months.
- If you return or cancel an order, we take back the points it earned, and give back any points you used on it.
- Refer a friend points are given when a new client places their first order through your link. We may withhold points that are not earned fairly.
- We may change or end the programme. If we do, we will tell you first and give you a fair chance to use your points.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The price you pay is the price shown when you order, plus delivery if you choose it.
- Payment is taken securely by Stripe when you order, through Stripe Checkout. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and put your Inner Circle points towards it.
- Klarna or Clearpay: 3 or 4 interest-free payments. 18+, T&Cs apply. Credit subject to status. If you pay this way, your payment plan is an agreement between you and that provider, on its terms.
- Your card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by us.
Delivery and click and collect
We deliver within the UK only, for £4.99 (free for Gold members and above), posted from our Chichester clinic. You can also choose free click and collect from our Chichester or Petersfield clinic. We will let you know when your order is ready to collect.
We aim to dispatch orders promptly and will contact you if there is a delay. Full details are on our delivery and returns page.
Changing your mind
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive or collect it. This is your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Please tell us within those 14 days, then return the products unopened and in their original packaging within 14 days of telling us.
- For hygiene reasons, skincare that has been opened or had its seal broken cannot be returned unless it is faulty.
- We will refund the price of the returned products to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving them back. If you return your whole order, we also refund the standard delivery charge.
- You pay the cost of sending the products back, unless they are faulty or damaged.
Faulty or damaged products
If a product arrives damaged or is faulty, please tell us as soon as possible and we will replace it or refund you. You will not pay to send a faulty item back. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If something is not right
If you are unhappy with an order or with our service, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can look into it and put things right.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or that result from not following the instructions that come with a product or the advice we have given you.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
